Alisha Eckberg is a Recruit-Me success story. Recently signed to a full ride basketball scholarship with San Jose State, she was featured in a December 18 article in the Wall Street Journal, "The Do-It-Yourself Athletic Scholarship". They sent a photographer to San Diego, and included a great front-page shot of her shooting baskets in full uniform with the beach in the background. Congratulations, Alisha!

The Wall Street Journal sports writer, Matthew Futterman, had interviewed Jon & me for this article, asking lots of questions about how recruiting works. We were pleased to help him, and he shared our opinion that there's no reason for an athlete to pay a high-priced consultant to do what they could do for themselves with the guidance of a system like Recruit-Me. With permission, we allowed him to interview several Recruit-Me families, including Alisha's.

If you have a story you're willing to tell, please let us know!
